We give a written estimate with material options (3-tab, architectural, or designer shingles) before any work starts. On installation day: full tear-off to the deck, plywood repair where needed, synthetic underlayment, ice-and-water shield at valleys and eaves, new drip edge and flashing, shingle installation per manufacturer spec, ridge ventilation, and a full magnetic nail sweep of the property before cleanup.
